After you have added money to your Crickovers account, you will not be able to withdraw it. The cash can be used to participate in leagues, fun activities, and tournaments on the website Crickovers. Should there be any technical errors or issues, we reserve the right to review and, if necessary, provide refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Crickovers has the sole responsibility of determining whether or not to reimburse a user after deducting any cancellation fees and taxes. The money will be returned to the wallet account from which the funds were deducted.

In situations where funds have been processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Crickovers wallet, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email.
